Orwell's Animal Farm

Someone recently posted the 1954 animated version of Orwell's Animal Farm on Youtube. The film, the production of which was financed by the CIA, is divided there into 8 parts.  Here is the first of the eight:

My 7th-grade English teacher showed this to our class when we read _Animal Farm_. I wonder if she knew its provenance.
