Monday Poem

///
Humor and Light
Jim Culleny

Even in gloomy
shuttered rooms one beam
managing an invasion
through impossible slits
reaches to where
shadows rule

one joke, a laugh
one light remembrance
and dis-ease for an instant
disappears

Punch lines and photons
comedians and brilliant suns
take us as close to god
as anyone need be

It had never occurred to me before – that sub-atomic particles could be ' entangled ' with humour.

I am puzzled though by paragraph 4, line four.

I expect that you meant to say Diapers ?

That would make sense.

By the way, I am writing a piece entitled ' Levity, Brevity, Gluons ' may I send it to you ?

also, para. 2,3rd line. "managing AND invasion"

diapers disappear!

Eiron F and missvolare-

I gotta hire a proof reader –are you free (in both senses of the word)?

Eiron: Levity, Brevity and Gluons sounds interesting. Send it, please do ...as long as it's light and hilarious and short enough to fit on a sticky note.
