Very effective. If French impressionists could infuse the art world a century ago, there's no reason why Aboriginal Australians can't do it a century later.

That's gorgeous Sugra! Reminds me of one of my favorite pop artists, Wayne Tiebault, with a little Broadway Boogie Woogie thrown in...interesting to get the aboriginal comment though (I do see it).

i'd just like to know what else is in this private collection...
Oooh Sughra, that's lovely. It reminds me of the classic Australian Aboriginal dot paintings, which leave you with the uncanny sense that they have mapped huge swathes of land from high in the air, using the dots to delineate various landmarks, landmasses etc, even though the painters' feet never left the earth.
Your private collection, dear Abbasi, is actually sitting packed in my closet. Be prepared to take it with you when you go back to Brixen in May. :)
Thanks everyone for all the positive comments and encouragement.

I always thought that the only thing more painful than being spurned in love was to be in a holding pattern over O'Hare. Thanks for making me see that it has its benefits. Great job, Ga. Love it.

Beautiful - such precision in placing the spots. Very mediative. Would be nice to know the size of this work. Thank you for posting.

Beautiful, mysterious, and seemingly far, far below... I know I sound like a broken record, but -- more studio time!

Beautiful indeed! And very, very clever.

Ditto to what Jaffee said. I, who have been known to frame and display doodles you did while in a car, have a "private collection" of zero.
But then I do have you on 3QD...
Thanks for this. And the rest.

Loved this! Is there a way to see what you post direct from 3 quarks - at present I'm searching through google which is rather tedious.
