Azra Raza invites you to attend...Update

Dear 3quarksdaily Readers,

Thank you for the overwhelming response to The Sixth Harvey Preisler Memorial Symposium invitation, I am deeply moved. Unfortunately, because of limited space, we can only accommodate the first 25 responders along with their guests. Please check in the comments section to make sure whether you belong to this group or not. A guest list has been submitted to the New York Academy of Sciences and if your name is not on the list, security will not allow you to enter. I am deeply sorry if I am causing any disappointment to you. Hopefully, next year we will be able to arrange a bigger venue. Please accept my apologies once again and my gratitude for your kind responses.

Azra Raza.

No problem, we were able to re-arrange our travel.

Come to see us some day in Punta Cana!

Best.

Oh no! I'm number 28, I think. Could I maybe be put on some sort of waitlist, so that if three other people don't show up, I could get in? I've been wanting to see Dawkins for years...

Take videos if you can!

Thanks Azra, this should be awesome! Is there anyway to ensure we made it on the list. I was one of the first 25 commenters but before I make the journey to Manhattan I'd like to verify that I won't be turned away from the lecture.

Corey, you're in.

Thanks for making tickets freely available for this very intriguing lecture.

I believe I was among the first 25 responders, but would like to check to make sure that I'm not simply unrealistically hopeful, especially since I'd be traveling from upstate New York to make the lecture.

Oh, and if I am among the lucky recipients, does it still include the guest pass? My girlfriend hates to wake up early, and will kill me if she can't get in :)

Thank you!

Dear Mr. Ruiz,
I am looking forward to seeing you and your friend on Saturday. Your name is on the list.

I just wanted to thank you so much for the opportunity and courtesy you extended to us. We were delighted to meet you and reflect on the insightful lecture delivered by Professor Dawkins.
