Confused by what "2nd Cousin Once Removed" means?

Sorry but this chart is very wrong. 1st cousins share a grandparent, 2nd cousins share a great-grandparent, 3rd cousins share a GG-grandparent, etc. Removals indicate the number of generations difference between the two cousins in question.
