Homeland Security safety warnings

From SafeNow.org:

The US government has a new website, http://www.ready.gov.  It's another attempt at scare mongering in the style of the old "duck and cover" advice after WWII.

The fun thing is that these pictures are so ambiguous they could mean anything!  Here are a few interpretations:

The website linked to in the post actually ripped off the captions without attribution from a thread on the internet infidels discussion forum (part of the atheist/agnostic site infidels.org) where people were making up their own captions for the images--the original thread is here, but a lot of the image links are broken, so instead you can look at this page which archived all the images and captions on the thread.
