Longevity genes fight back at cancer

Genetic mutations that increase lifespan also seem to be particularly good at fighting tumours, a worm study suggests. The finding could shed light on why cancer risk increases as we get older, and may also suggest new targets for cancer therapeutics.
You might expect that genes that promote long life and fight cancer would go hand-in-hand: a gene that protects against tumours would help to stop cancer from killing you, after all, so you would probably live longer. But it seems that the relationship is more complicated than that. Genes that make some animals live longer through non-cancer-related mechanisms also seem to have a particular skill for suppressing tumours.

"Since the Lindau lecture of June 1966 many physicians have examined-not unsuccessfully-the practical consequences of the anaerobiosis of cancer cells. The more who participate in these examinations the sooner will we know what can be achieved. It is a unique aspect of these examinations that they can be carried out on human patients, on the largest scale, without risk; whereas experiments on animals have been misleading many times. The cure of human cancer will be the resultant of biochemistry of cancer and of biochemistry of man.
There exists no alternative today to the prevention of cancer as proposed at Lindau. It is the way that attacks the prime cause of cancer most directly and that is experimentally most developed. Indeed millions of experiments in man, through the effectiveness of some vitamins, have shown, that cell respiration is impaired if the active groups of the respiratory enzymes are removed from the food; and that cell respiration is repaired at once, if these groups are added again to the food. No way can be imagined that is scientifically better founded to prevent and cure a disease, the prime cause of which is an impaired respiration. Neither genetic codes of anaerobiosis nor cancer viruses are alternatives today, because no such codes and no such viruses in man have been discovered so far; but anaerobiosis has been discovered..."
Isn't it too bad the "scientists" of the medical orthodoxy of the U.S. have likely not even read, let alone considered, the experimental, laboratory and theoretical conclusions of this genius level scientist from Germany? He published over 500 scientific articles, mostly all in German. How many of these articles do you think most of those on the government research grants to do genetics research in cancer, have read? Are they true scientists if they have disregarded his seminal discoveries? In fact, if so, are they not negligent, to use a polite word?

Here is an example illustrating how the medical orthodoxy has it all backwards regarding the gene "causation" of cancer. Consider an airconditioning system. The outside condensing unit at your house is the machine which takes the heat from the inside of the building and transfers it to the outside of that building, thereby cooling the air inside the building. The mechanism or "black box" for carrying out this function is a complex of electric motors, pipes, refrigerant, radiators, fans and switches, including the thermostat switch on the wall inside your house. First, it is important to observe that none of this system would function without energy. Repeat: No part of this system would operate at all without energy, in the proper form; namely, electrical alternating current energy at 240 volts and a frequency of 60 cycles per second. There is a switch in the outside condensing unit called a contactor. This electric switch is activated by the thermostat inside the house. When the thermostat calls for cooling, a small current is turned on in a small coil in the outside switch, thereby causing a magnetic field to actuate the switch to make two contactors come into contact, thereby causing the full 240 volts at 60 cyc/sec to be placed on the compressor motor which compresses the refrigerant and pumps it around the system, removing the heat from the inside of the house and expelling the heat at the evaporator coil surrounding the compressor motor in the outside unit, helped along by an outside fan. The main purpose of the outside switch is to avoid having a dangerous 240 volt switch on the wall of a living space inside where people could be easily electrocuted from the high voltage. The contactor switch only operates at 24 volts. However, keep in mind that all parts of this system function only as a result of electrical energy supplied from the power plant of the power company providing it at 240 volts ac and a frequency of 60 cycles per second. Only very small fluctuation are permitted in these values, say 1% or less, lest the system fail or be destroyed.
The contactor switch is the "starter" switch for the air conditioning system, or it might be described as the "proximate cause" of the air conditioning system. All other things working properly, if that switch is function properly and in the "on" position, the system will cool, but if it is "off" the system will not cool. This switch is analogous to the gene, regulating some function of a living cell, like growth.
But always keep this in mind: Nothing would happen in a living organism without energy supplied in the proper form from the "outside" or external sources, just as nothing happened in air conditioning system above without energy in the form of electrical energy at 240 volts ac at a frequency of 60 cycles per second. Again, NOTHING happens without energy in the proper form. The switch (gene) is also operated by this same energy as is the contactor switch in the air conditioning system above operated by the proper electrical energy there. The "proper" energy in the human body is MOTHER OXYGEN and nothing else.
Suppose the "wrong" energy is supplied to the high voltage lines arriving at the main electrical panel in the house above. Either the voltage could be wrong (too high or too low) or the frequency could be wrong (not 60 cycles per second), then not only will the compressor motor(which causes the cooling) not function properly, neither will the contactor switch function properly either. In fact, the switch would likely be destroyed because too much current through it would melt the fine copper wire in its windings, or even melt the contactors themselves. Even ants get into these contactors all the time and cause their failure. But suppose we only observed the condition of these switches after a cooling system failure, and observed the failure of the contactor switch (a mutated switch, like a mutated gene in living cells). Would it be a correct conclusion to conclude that the "mutated" or damaged contactor switch "caused" the failure of the air conditioning system because a large number of those damaged switching were observed in almost every damaged air conditioning system? Obviously not. Similarly, it is a false conclusion to conclude that just because one observes "mutated breast cancer genes", such as the so-called genes BRAC1 and BRAC2 in a large percentage of breast tumors, that these were the "cause" of the cancer itself. This false conclusion totally disregards the seminal scientific discoveries in this subject by Otto Warburg, M.D., Ph. D., during the period roughly 1923-1966, where he, and many others, proved, that it is the wrong energy supplied to the cell which is the prime cause of cancer, just as it was the wrong energy supplied to the air conditioning system above which destroyed it. Only oxygen energy is evidently capable of the complex process of cell differentiation. But, as Dr. Warburg proved, cancer cells run anerobically (without oxygen) on fermentation energy, like the lowest living forms. This type of energy is incapable of normal cell differentiation, necessary for the "higher" life forms, the higher animals and humans. In fact, as fossil records show, it was only the lower living forms of life which existed before the appearance of oxygen on the earth. It was energy in the form of oxygen which gave birth to the higher living forms of life. All cancer is is a manifestation of the reversal of this process, however complex and not understood it may still be, and may forever be. If the cellular oxygen pressure is reduced by about one third, as Dr Warburg actually measured and observed with some living cells, with the special apparatus he invented to measure this pressure, guess what: The cells become cancerous. It is that simple my friends. Too bad the medical orthodoxy of the United States has been denying this truth for so long. Too bad some of them hated Dr. Warburg's guts so, for political and religious reasons, because he remaining in Germany his entire life, that they permitted this to block their vision of the truths discovered by this genius level scientist, in the same league with Newton, Galileo and Einstein.
